Our History

Established in 1996, AVELING a Registered Training Organisation delivers accredited programs in Work Safely, Risk Management and Frontline Management competencies.

1996
AVELING delivered MARCSTA general mining courses.

1998 
AVELING provided MARCSTA courses three times a week from one training room in Welshpool.

2000
Services expanded; staff numbers increased; moved to Leederville - two training rooms.

2003

The company moved to East Victoria Park and transformed the location into three large training rooms. AVELING’s reputation grew, expanding the client base, including inductions for Pilbara Iron. 

 

2006
Our services for clients included delivery to over 42,000 course participants – around three times more than our nearest competitor.

AVELING acquired a 1340sqm function centre in Bassendean offering onsite catering, ample secure parking, training, and seminar services with theatre style seating over 500 people.

AVELING established a training presence in Karratha.

AVELING was also a finalist in the 2006 Rio Tinto Iron Ore Supplier Recognition Program – the only training organisation to be selected.

2007
AVELING's personnel increases to 20 staff and 20 associate consultants; the online department expands to include dedicated IT specialists; appointment of a relationship manager to better serve clients.
