Overview
This course covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to work with teams and individuals, their standard of conduct and the initiative they take in influencing others. It also includes the supervision of on-site operations in the resources and infrastructure industries.
Recommended for
Designed to improve leadership skills for soon-to-be or new team leaders, supervisors or managers, or for team leaders, supervisors and managers who have not previously had formal leadership or management training.
