We have recently launched our new program, Standard Work Training – Writing Proper Procedures, facilitated by Process Improvement Specialist Dr Graham Marshall.

Standard Work documents assist organisations to build a Healthy and Safe workplace whilst also factoring Quality, Delivery and Cost considerations into how tasks are performed. Learn how to successfully write good standard work documents in this one day workshop.
