Overview
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is an engaging online course, using practical scenarios to cover relevant RSA laws, obligations and responsibilities.
It is valid in Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Completion of a Responsible Service of Alcohol course is mandatory in Western Australia and Northern Territory for anyone who serves, supplies or sells alcohol. This two hour course meets all the requirements of the Liquor Act.
AVELING has been approved by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor as a training provider for this course.

Learning Outcomes
- To sell or serve alcohol responsibly
- Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
- Assess alcohol affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused
- To refuse service in a polite manner and state reasons for the refusal

Certification
On successful completion participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the Unit of Competency outlined above from the SIT07 Training Package.
