Outcomes

As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:

  • Sell or serve alcohol responsibly
  • Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
  • Assess alcohol affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused
  • Refuse service in a polite manner and state reasons for the refusal.

Certification

On successful completion of this course, a Statement of Attainment will be issued for "SITHFAB009A Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol" from the (SIT07 V2) Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package.
