Overview
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management has been designed to meet the needs of supervisors and team leaders by using a practical and hands on approach. The qualification consists of 11 days of face-to-face training, workplace assignments and includes five courses.

Target Audience
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are supervisors, team leaders or front line managers from a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. Typically they would report to a manager.
At this level, Frontline Managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
Assessment methods
Participants will need to demonstrate competence during and after the courses via the following methods:
- Observation of participation during course activities
- Completion of underpinning knowledge questions
- Third Party Reports
- Presentation of training session
- Completion of workplace assignments
Timeframe to complete
Participants will have 3 months after each course to complete the on-the-job assignments and submit for assessment. After attending all five courses and successfully completing all assignments, participants will be issued their Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Alternatively if people only require Statements of Attainment for specific courses they also have 3 months to submit their assignments.

Assessment Only/Recognition of Prior Learning Pathway
People can apply for Assessment Only/Recognition of Prior Learning Pathway if they think they already have the experience relevant to the Unit of Competency or qualification. Please read the attached information to find out how the Assessment Only/RPL process works.

- BSB31207 Certificate III in Frontline Management

- Minimum dress standard, neat casual (no thongs or singlets)
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
