Take the first step to achieve a full industry qualification that develops, motivates and prepares supervisors and team leaders to become leading Frontline Managers.
This nationally recognised qualification is delivered by qualified trainers with real industry experience using a practical, hands on approach.
Intended for
Supervisors or leading hands typically reporting to a manager who wish to further develop their supervisory or frontline management skills. AVELING’s qualification makes provision for new and experienced frontline staff.
Experienced frontline staff (8-day course) - Individuals will have considerable experience in their industry and want to develop their managerial approach, improve their own performance and team effectiveness.
Newly appointed frontline staff (10-day course) - Participants may have existing technical skills but require additional training in supervisory skills.
Qualification Structure
BSB40807 Certificate IV in Frontline Management. This qualification consists of 10 Units of Competency, 4 core units and 6 elective units.

Certification
A Certificate will be issued on successful completion and subsequent assessment of both in-class assessment components and workplace assignments.*

Prerequisites
Participants are required to have sound language, literacy, numeracy and computer skills.

- Minimum dress standard - neat casual, enclosed footwear and no singlets
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
