Overview
Leading others can be a tough job. As a supervisor you may be required to direct, encourage, motivate and help your staff to achieve their highest potential. At the same time you must complete your own tasks and meet business goals.
This practical, interactive two-day course covers the essential aspects of being an effective supervisor. The skills learnt, will help to increase performance and deal confidently with team members.
The course will focus on delegation, time management techniques, leadership strategies, goal setting and conflict resolution.
Intended for
Newly appointed supervisors, experienced supervisors without formal training, leading hands or those ready to take the next step in their career.

Qualification Pathyway
Successful course participants have the option of completing a work based project covering two units of competency that can contribute to the achievement of a Certificate IV or Diploma qualification.

Certification
On successful completion of workplace assignments, a Statement of Attainment will be issued for the nominated Units of Competency.

- Minimum dress standard - neat casual, enclosed footwear and no singlets

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
