Do you know how to define project objectives and achieve them with the best use of resources?
This course is designed to provide a practical understanding of the key components of project management. Participants are encouraged to apply the techniques described to their own, current or impending projects.
Intended for
People who need the knowledge and skills to plan, organise and manage a straightforward workplace project.
Outcomes
As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:
- Scope a straightforward project including project objectives and standards
- Plan and manage project resources
- Plan and manage project risk including project controls
- Plan and manage project timelines and schedules using
Critical Path Analysis technique, Gantt (bar) Charts and schedules - Deal with project changes/variations.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
