This course aids individuals, particularly those
working in positions of authority, that are approved
to implement change across the organisation,
business unit, program or project area. Individuals
may or may not have the direct responsibility for
supervising other staff members.

Suitable for any staff member and for those involved in risk assessment in the workplace.

Certification
A Certificate of Participation will be issued at the end of the course.
On successful completion of workplace assignments, a Statement of Attainment will be issued for the Unit of Competency outlined above from the BSB07 Training Package.
