Overview
This three-day course provides team leaders with the opportunity to develop supervisory and safety skills specific to their responsibilities. The focus of the course is practical, competency based skill development in the core aspects of the supervisors role, including Job Safety Analysis.
Intended for
Supervisors, frontline staff or team leaders who want to improve their leadership and team building skills and learn more about the safety and risk implications for their role.
Outcomes
As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:
- Demonstrate team building and leadership skills that can be applied immediately to improve safety performance at department level
- Monitor a safe workplace
- Involve teams and individuals to create greater safety performance
- Identify risk and apply risk management.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
