AVELING is pleased to announce the creation of the AVELING Online e-learning division. For over ten years, AVELING has enjoyed the success of delivering quality training to users in a classroom environment to major clients and the general public. Today, AVELING is expanding its capabilities to offer high quality e-learning courses to these same people.

When looking at the marketplace, AVELING brings a distinct advantage in that we are first and foremost a Training company. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), our aim is to combine sound training methodologies and techniques with leading IT technologies to deliver effective and robust e-learning content.

We do not view e-learning as a competitor to traditional classroom based training. Each delivery method has its place depending on the goals of the course. In fact, both delivery methods can actually compliment on another by combining both methods into a "Blended Learning" program. Using this approach, the advantages of both delivery methods can be brought together for maximum delivery effect.

To coincide with the establishment of the e-learning capability, AVELING has employed Mark King as the Business Area Manager for AVELING Online.

Mark has over eighteen years experience in the IT and Electronic industry. In particular, Mark has worked with a major Defence IT company for over nine years in various technical and management position in the areas of Systems Testing, Systems Training, Sales and Marketing, Critical Safety Management and Bids and Proposals Management.

Mark's diverse set of technical and business management skills and expertise ensures AVELING will be able to successfully deliver high-quality e-learning solutions within budget and schedule constraints and to grow the e-learning capability to meet the needs of our client.

AVELING will be heavily investing in this new capability with the goal of becoming one of the state and country's leading e-learning providers.
