30/06/2010 AVELING awarded DoE Document Management E-Learning project

AVELING is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract by the Western Australia Department of Education (DoE) to design and develop the TRIM Context 6.2 Basic Training Package E-Learning course, as part of the DoE Online Learning Design and Development Services Panel.

The purpose of the course is to provide all staff with an introduction to the Department’s Enterprise Document Management System as part of their induction process and prior to receiving access to the system.

The course will be approximately one and a half hours in length and consists of eight training modules to allow for self-paced learning. ‘Hotspot’ elements will be incorporated to enable learners to simulate interaction with the system.

Self-test questionnaires have been built into the course to ensure employees understand the fundamentals of this document management system.

As part of the project implementation, the course will be integrated and deployed on the Department’s Oracle iLearning LMS solution.
