23/08/2010 TAE10 Added to scope
AVELING is currently one of only seven RTO’s approved by the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) in Western Australia to deliver the new Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
The Training and Education Package (TAE10) was endorsed in May 2010 and features the new Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110), replacing the Cert IV TAA (TAA40104).
How has the qualification changed?
As a basic training qualification, the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is designed to provide the essential elements of training and assessment to entry level trainers and assessors in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) context. It has been designed to provide a firm foundation on which to build further knowledge and skills.
The review process focused on presenting shorter, simplified user-friendly Units of Competency. For more information on the differences between the TAA and TAE, please refer to the Transition Guide published by IBSA.
