30/06/2010 AVELING awarded DoE Protective Behaviours E-Learning project

AVELING has been awarded a contract by the Western Australia Department of Education (DoE) to design and develop the Protective Behaviours (PB) E-Learning course as part of the DoE Online Learning Design and Development Services Panel.

The aim of this course is to provide educational professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to teach protective behaviours concepts and strategies to children, adolescents and teenagers.

Within the course, interactive elements and multimedia will be used to reinforce the concepts and strategies presented and "branching" will be used to show different content to teaching staff, according to learner age groups.

As part of the project implementation, the course will be integrated and deployed on the Department’s Oracle iLearning LMS solution.
