MonadelphousMonadelphous required a safety course that was practical, relevant and covered the organisation’s policies and procedures. They also wanted the course structured to align with the Unit of Competency 'BSBOHS407A Monitor a Safe Workplace' to ensure participants achieved a Statement of Attainment. Initially the program was designed as a two-day course, however following discussions with Monadelphous during 2009, the course was redeveloped to add a third coaching day. This ensured that by the end of the course, participants can: conduct a workplace inspection, develop a JHA, workshop a case study and work on their projects. |
