Overview
This two-day course covers the skills and knowledge required to implement and apply risk management processes within an established system. It includes the application of local hazard identification, formal risk assessment and implementation of risk controls. Also covered is the monitoring of the system, reporting on implementation issues, communication of processes and systems, and the review and auditing of risk management.

Assessment Only/Recognition of Prior Learning Pathway
People can apply for Assessment Only/Recognition of Prior Learning Pathway if they think they already have the experience relevant to the Unit of Competency or qualification. Please read the attached information to find out how the Assessment Only/RPL process works.
Optional: Participants can apply to be assessed against the Unit of Competency "RIIRIS402A Carry out the risk management process" from the RII09 Training Package. Competency Assessment is an additional $120.00 per person (GST free) and participants have 6 weeks to submit their assignment. On successful completion a Statement of Attainment will be awarded.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
