Companies must ensure a Training Request Form is provided prior to, or on the day of the induction, to ensure participants are issued their cards. Please click here for a copy of the current 'Training Request Form'. Training is also conducted for clients ‘in-house’ and Training Request Forms must be supplied for all inductions.

General Information
- Must bring identification
- Minimum dress standards - neat casual and enclosed footwear.
Paraburdoo Training Centre Requirements
- Enclosed shoes (safety boots preferred), collared shirt and safety glasses to be worn at all times.
- Reflective clothing. Jewellery restrictions: Items allowed are stud earrings and necklace tucked in to clothing.
- No thongs or singlets are to be permitted at any time.
PI HSE Pre-Requisites
There are no restrictions on entry to this course, however participants are required to have sufficient numeracy and literacy skills to read and comprehend instruction. If you have special literacy requirements please advise at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
PERTH, KARRATHA, WICKHAM - Non-attendance or cancellation within 2 working days, will incur full cost.
TOM PRICE & PARABURDOO - Non-attendance or cancellation within 5 working days, will incur full cost.
