Print Friendly Version |
Overview
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is designed to meet the needs of trainers and assessors by using a practical, hands on approach.
The course is flexible and aimed at minimising the amount of time staff will be away from the office.
Participants can attend individual courses (Skill Sets) to meet an identified need in the workplace or complete the full Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
The qualification consists of ten days of face-to-face training. However, the format ensures the maximum amount of days away from the office does not exceed five.
