Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

printPrint Friendly Version

Overview

Because AVELING respects your time we created a flexible training course to suit individual or organisational schedules. Your staff will only be away from the office for a maximum of five days at any one time and can attend individual courses or skill sets to meet identified workplace needs.

AVELING appreciates that course participants are expected to apply new-found knowledge and skills upon return to the workplace. To help participants meet this expectation, we took a pragmatic approach to course development. Practical scenarios and discussions of everyday issues will provide participants opportunities to consolidate knowledge and skills during the course.

The full Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) consists of ten (10) days face-to-face training in total (14 Units of Competency) combined with workplace assignments. This unique learning pathway challenges new and developing participants to successfully train and assess, whilst enhancing the careers of more experienced trainers and assessors. AVELING can also assist with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
