Overview
Competency-based training and assessment is about working with adults, and adopting training and assessment strategies that enable those adults to learn in an ideal environment, where training is relevant and work related.
This course focuses on the challenges of creating the ideal learning environment and provides an understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. The VET system performs a number of valuable functions in promoting and regulating education and training in Australia.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
