Overview
Do you need someone who can use adult learning principles to design, develop and organise a course? Are they also required to develop relevant assessment tools?
Learning programs and assessments may already exist in your organisation or they may have to be developed in order to meet a specific need. Program design and development is a major process that impacts significantly on the effectiveness of the learning process. Make sure your organisation’s learning programs and assessment tools are developed to ensure the best outcomes for your staff.

People who coordinate and are involved in the planning phase, design process and development of relevant course materials.
Outcomes
As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:
- Identify and source training packages and courses
- Select and contextualise competency standards to meet organisation needs
- Identify the delivery and assessment requirements
- Develop a session plan
- Design appropriate assessment tools that enable a candidate to prove competence.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking for a course that runs for two or more days, 8 working days are required to enable a full refund, if between 4 and 7 working days a 50% fee will be incurred. Any cancellation less than 3 working days will incur full costs.
