TAEDEL301 Provide work skill instruction

BSBCMM401 Make a presentation

Note: This skill set does not qualify you to train nationally recognised courses unless you are under a supervision arrangement with a fully certified vocational trainer.

Entry Requirements


It is also vital for you to have access to a workplace and preferably access to a person who holds the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification, or a person (manager/supervisor) who will be able to provide you with appropriate feedback on your presentations. If you don’t have a workplace or access to a qualified person, you can contact AVELING and we can look at ways to assist you complete your workplace assignments. Additional fees may apply.

This skill set is intended for a anyone who will be required to train others within a workplace and who may be involved in coaching. It is suitable for those who will mainly work in a classroom style situation. This may include: HR staff who conduct employee inductions; supervisors who train staff on policies and procedures; or staff that have been identified as having particular skills and experience that benefit others.

Those seeking credit towards the full TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will also benefit from undertaking this course.

    Intended for

    The skill set is catered for individuals who teach, train, assess and develop resources (under supervision) within the VET environment.


    A Statement of Attainment will be issued after being deemed competent having successfully:
    1. Completed the online program and all relevant online assessments; and,
    2. Completed all the relevant workplace assignments.

    Workplace assignments must be submitted within 12 months of course completion.
