Furthermore, licensees and unrestricted approved managers must complete this core MLPLCA401A Manage legislative responsibilities for the sale, supply and service of liquor unit, from the 52735WA Course in Management of Licensed Premises.
An Unrestricted Approved Manager is a manager of commercial license types such as taverns, liquor stores, special facility licences, etc. You can view the Approved Manager’s lodgement guide on the WA Government website.
Please Note: The MLPLCA401A Manage legislative responsibilities for the sale, supply and service of liquor certificate is only applicable in Western Australia. Each state and territory in Australia has it’s own unique MLP certificate.
