Currently the following licensees or managers must have completed the core unit MLPLCA401A Manage legislative responsibilities for the sale, supply and service of liquor as a minimum:

Permanent Liquor Licences

  • Individual licensee
  • Partnership licensee – at least one partner must complete the required training
  • Company licensee – at least one Director must complete the required training

Approved Managers

  • Unrestricted Approved Manager

Occasional Licence

  • Unrestricted Approved Manager – only required if a condition is imposed on the occasional licence
