What personal details does AVELING hold? Are these forwarded to other organisations?
AVELING only keeps the personal details it has to keep for auditing and compliance purposes. As a requirement of certain courses, these may be passed on to other agencies, like the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) or WorkSafe.
We treat your personal details absolutely confidentially and will not pass your details on to third parties for demographical or advertising purposes.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
Click on the ‘Request your details’ link on the login page and fill in your details. Your password will be emailed to you.

How secure are online payments?
AVELING takes security very seriously and treats it with the highest importance. We encrypt all personal information and credit card details using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. You will know that your details are being encrypted when the letters “https:” appear in the address bar and a small padlock appears at the bottom of your browser.
For extra security, AVELING will never e-mail or call you to ask you to disclose/verify your username and/or password or confirm credit card details. Any such requests should be disregarded.
Are there any technical requirements for online courses?
Please see below technical requirements for our online courses:
- Newest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, or Safari. Google Chrome is recommended.
- Speakers or headphones are required.
- Internet connection with 2.5 Mbps+.
- Check that a company firewall is not blocking the video content.
How long does it take for an Assessor to provide feedback?
An AVELING Assessor will respond and provide feedback within 7 days of your submission. They will provide advice and guidance on any additional evidence required and feedback on your evidence.
