Aveling was delighted to host the AIHS June Sundowner last night for an evening of connecting with fellow professionals and exploring safety and leadership 🥂

Our Managing Director, Lauren Gonzalez, joined Sophia Rossow, Director & Principal Consultant at Spring Safety Consultants, for a fireside chat guided by MC, leadership communication expert Dr Paula Smith.

Lauren & Sophia reflected on their unique paths as leaders, discussing how they handled the complexities of working in a family business and the pivotal moments and challenges that helped define their individual leadership styles.
