The Fatigue Management Awareness Training for Drivers training course covers the key knowledge required for drivers to manage fatigue and work safely within the transport and logistics industry.
You will learn about the physical and mental signs and effects of fatigue and how it can affect your performance, safety, and overall well-being as a driver. Understanding these causes will empower you to make informed decisions to prevent and combat fatigue.
You will learn practical strategies to improve your safety as a driver, reducing the risk of accidents and hazards caused by fatigue, and ensuring compliance with fatigue management laws and regulations.
