How to effectively manage people, teams and interpersonal relationships is one of the fundamental skills of being a leader.

Run over two engaging days at our Jandakot facility, our ‘Managing People’ training course provides you with the skills and knowledge to manage others, from relationship building to performance reviews and issue resolution.

You will learn how to establish and manage effective workplace relationships at different levels, and how to lead and manage relationships within and amongst teams.

Understand how to manage staff performance through work allocation, assessing performance, providing feedback, and improving performance through development plans.

Learn how to lead teams in the workplace through team performance plans, developing team cohesion and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues raised.

This course forms one of four sessions that make up the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management. Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve three two Units of Competency that can be used as partial completion of the Diploma. To learn more, visit the qualification webpage.
