Safely lead your team on site with this one day Nationally Recognised course.
Supervisors and frontline leaders play a vital role in achieving and maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
This one-day course has been designed to suit the requirements of contractors who require both the Units of Competency (UoC) within the Statutory Supervisor Course, and the additional UoC within this course, but is suitable for anyone wanting to lead a safer on-site operation.
Learners will gain invaluable skills and knowledge necessary for effectively supervising on-site operations, with a particular emphasis on fostering a safety-first culture. The course addresses the critical role supervisors play in advocating for safety and ensuring workplace injuries are minimised, if not entirely prevented. Through this focused training, you will be equipped to lead your team with a safety-oriented approach, embodying the principles of risk management and operational excellence.
Ideal for those in supervisory positions within the resources and infrastructure industries, this course not only enhances your capability to maintain high safety standards but also strengthens your leadership skills, preparing you to effectively manage and inspire your team. Engage in this one-day journey to becoming a pivotal force in promoting a safer, more productive workplace.
This course is delivered in the classroom, over one day at our Jandakot training centre, 15 minutes from the Perth CBD.
