The TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set provides the skills and knowledge to develop assessment plans, organise the assessment process and conduct assessments.

Join us for four intensive days of classroom instruction at our state-of-the-art Jandakot facility.
Aveling has packaged this program into an intensive four-day classroom course that provides you with comprehensive learning materials including simulated exercises, in class assessments, plus structured post course assessments to complete after your training.
Assessments
Learners will have three months from the last day of the classroom training to complete the assessment requirements. Whilst each learner is different, it is expected that learners may need to spend between 5-10 hours per week completing the post course assessment tasks for each course.
Learners will need access to a workplace/venue to conduct validations and assessments to meet the assessment requirements for this course. See the entry requirements section for more detail.

Technology requirements
You will need to bring a laptop with word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word) with you to use during the classroom training component. Wifi access is provided free of charge whilst you are in our facility.

Certificate IV learner requirements
Learners applying to a Certificate IV level course are expected to meet the following requirements:
Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Survey
If this is your first Aveling course, you will be required to complete a Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) survey before you start the course.
Based on the outcome of the survey, Aveling may contact you to discuss options that will best suit your individual learning needs. Please note that additional costs may be incurred if literacy support is required.
