Learn how to implement operational plans and apply risk management processes.
Part of good leadership includes effectively coordinating business operational plans and mitigating business risks. This Operational & Risk Management course focuses on how to use operational plans to implement day-to-day business activities and small projects and apply risk management processes to help navigate uncertainties.
You will develop the skills and knowledge needed to plan and acquire resources, monitor operational performance, plan, develop and review workplace documents, and identify, analyse, mitigate and monitor business risks to ensure successful business operations.
Equip yourself to handle the challenges of operational and risk management by learning to identify sources of physical and mental strain and develop strategies to maintain health and wellbeing.
This course is for leaders who need to participate in solving real business operational challenges, oversee operational functions, engage in collaborative projects, write business documentation and implement strategies to avoid work-related stress.
Operational and Risk Management forms one of four sessions that make up Aveling’s BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. Upon successful completion of this course, you will achieve four Units of Competency that can be used as partial completion of the Certificate IV. To learn more, visit the qualification webpage.
This course is delivered in the classroom, over three days at our Jandakot training centre, 15 minutes from the Perth CBD.
You will take part in engaging discussion and activities throughout the day as you explore the topics facilitated presented by our expert trainer. Following the classroom training, you will complete assessments back at your workplace as you apply what you have learned.
