Explore and develop your capabilities in designing, delivering, and evaluating face-to-face training in alignment with national standards. From designing and developing training plans using nationally recognised training products to delivering effective face to face training which meet the learner’s needs and reviewing and improving your own professional practice.
You’ll learn to craft effective training plans that meet industry benchmarks and learner requirements, lead engaging and impactful training sessions, and polish your presentation techniques for informative and engaging training delivery.
This course can be undertaken as a standalone program or as part of the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.

Aveling has packaged this program into an intensive four-day classroom course that provides you with comprehensive learning materials including simulated exercises, in class assessments, plus structured post course assessments to complete after your training.
Assessments
Learners will have three months from the last day of the classroom training to complete the assessment requirements. Whilst each learner is different, it is expected that learners may need to spend between 5-10 hours per week completing the post course assessment tasks for each course.
Learners will need access to a workplace/venue to conduct workplace learning and mentoring sessions to meet the assessment requirements for this course. See Entry Requirements section for more details.

This course forms one of four sessions of the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.
Technology requirements
You will need to bring a laptop with word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word) with you to use during the classroom training component. Wifi access is provided free of charge whilst you are in our facility.

Certificate IV learner requirements
Learners applying to a Certificate IV level course are expected to meet the following requirements:
Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Survey
If this is your first Aveling course, you will be required to complete a Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) survey before you start the course.
Based on the outcome of the survey, Aveling may contact you to discuss options that will best suit your individual learning needs. Please note that additional costs may be incurred if literacy support is required.
