First aid is one of the most practical skills you could ever learn. This is particularly the case when it comes to providing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). The first minutes after an incident are often the most critical, and taking some action to assist a casualty in need will highly increase the likelihood of their survival.
Think about all the possible times and places when first aid skills such as providing CPR may be useful, from the beach, to the workplace, to providing aid to someone suffering a heart attack.
By the end of this course, you’ll have the theoretical knowledge to understand when to use CPR and how to apply it.
Please note: this is an awareness course only and is not a substitute for face-to-face first aid training, or for training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). It is only intended to raise your awareness of how to respond to accidents and injuries.
