The way you respond to an accident sustained by someone else can not only reduce the severity of an injury – it can also save their life. It’s therefore absolutely vital to put in place policies and procedures so that accidents can be dealt with as fast and effectively as possible.
In this course, you will begin by looking at first aid equipment, facilities and training required. You will then look at a number of different scenarios involving accidents and injuries, and how you should respond to each of these.
